So as it seems I've been bitten by the baking bug. This year especially, I've tried my hand at a few different baking recipes, but lately I've been getting more and more inventive. As well as baking I have tried more savoury recipes and so far, no-one has gotten food poisoning from my cooking. I actually have a lot of fun, (and aside from my dog trying desperately to get the cream) I'm getting rather speedy at it. Except piping, that seems to be the bane of my existence at the moment.
Here are a few my masterpieces (they might not be the prettiest, but they sure are are yummy.)
This is a chocolate sponge surprise, piped with whipped cream.(The surprise is that under the top layer of cream, there is a mint chocolate layer :D)
Mini vanilla cupcakes, with a vanilla butter-cream topping and little chocolate and pink sweet balls.
